Two in court on burglary charge

TWO men have appeared in court charged with the burglary of a house in south Dublin.

James (24) and Michael Cash (55) had their cases adjourned when they appeared before Dun Laoghaire District Court.

The accused, both of the same address at Boot Road, Clondalkin, are charged with burglary at a house at Ardagh Avenue, Blackrock, on June 22.

They are further charged with possession of a screwdriver for use in the course of a burglary on the same day at Stillorgan Park.

The court heard James Cash was arrested at Stillorgan Park at 7.15pm on June 22. He made no reply to the burglary charge after caution. He also made no reply when the second charge was put to him before the court.

Michael Cash also made no reply to either charge.
