Tubridy and Aoibhinn in festive mood after Late Late show debut

Ryan Tubridy is winding down at the Electric Picnic this evening after his Late Late debut.

The presenter and his other half, Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain made their way down to Stradbally to celebrate the success of his first outing on the flagship chat show.

"I'm looking forward to it. I really want to check out Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys and Fionn Regan -- he's like a one-man Simon and Garfunkel show," Ryan told the Herald.

Aoibhinn has been lined up to host a Speed Dating event in the Science Gallery tent.

While the Mayo lass won't be looking for love herself, she explained how she's keen to help others spark creative connections and to help them share and develop ideas for innovative projects in arts, science, technology and media.

Meanwhile, Dublin model, Nasrin Leahy was first in the queue to cheer on her boyfriend, MGMT frontman Andrew Van Wyndgarden, when he wowed the crowd in Stradbally, County Laois, last night.

The catwalk queen jetted in especially from her home in New York to attend the festival, where her rocker beau and his bandmates kicked off the three-day music extravaganza on the main stage.

Since finding love with our very own Nasrin (20), Andrew has become a regular on Irish shores and also played at this year's Oxegen festival.

The international model has been dating the star since last November after the couple met at an after party, following a series of sell-out gigs.

The media-shy catwalk queen was keen to avoid the limelight last night, staying backstage with pals for most of the evening.

The leggy beauty, who hails from Sutton in Dublin, is signed to top agency NEXT in New York, but started her modelling career with Morgan the Agency in Dublin before taking off for the Big Apple last year.

Also spotted enjoying the festivities last night were Channel Four's Jon Snow, comedian Tommy Tiernan and former Apprentice contestant Orla McAdam.
