THREE men have been sent for trial accused of stealing more than €12,000 worth of vehicles and building equipment.
Shane McDonagh (29), Glen Guerin (24) and Shaqo Laska (29) were all returned for trial when they had books of evidence served on them at Dublin District Court.
McDonagh, of Old Cottages, Belcamp Lane, Coolock, Guerin, of Buttercup Park, Darndale and Laska of Summerhill, Dublin 1 are all charged with the theft of a car, motorbike and equipment in Co Wicklow last year.
Another two men had been arrested and charged, but their cases were withdrawn by the prosecution.
The three accused are charged with stealing an Iveco truck valued at €6,000, an Alfa Romeo car worth €2,000, a motorbike valued at €1,000, welding and cutting equipment to the value of €1,200 and a €2,000 mini-digger.
The theft is alleged to have occurred at Aughavanagh, Aughrim, Co Wicklow, on September 10 last.
