RYANAIR has launched the latest phase in its campaign to soften its public image with the introduction of a "tell Michael O'Leary" webform.

The airline has launched the online service allowing customers to directly contact the CEO with suggestions on how Ryanair can improve its customer service.

"We want to keep improving our industry leading customer service and so I'm looking forward to our customers' feedback," Mr O'Leary said.
