STARS LINE OUT FOR SICK KIDS' CHARITY

A CELEBRITY chef and an international rugby player want us to change our cooking habits.

Chapter One cook Ross Lewis teamed up with former Munster and Ireland rugby star Alan Quinlan to urge people to try their hand at nutritious home-cooked meals and at the same time help families of sick children.

The pair rolled up their sleeves to cook home-from-home grub for families of ill youngsters staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Crumlin.

It provides accommodation for families whose children are sick in the adjacent Our Lady's Children's Hospital.

The pair also launched an appeal for volunteer cooks and corporate food donors to sign up to support those affected with their time or food creations.
