She was in the dance-off for the second week running last night on Dancing With The Stars, but not even a searing samba could save model Alannah Beirne.
The Kildare woman (24) was praised by the judges for her performance with Vitali Kozmin and scored 24 points.
But unfortunately, it wasn't enough to save her and the judges opted to save Erin McGregor instead.
Pushed Speaking after her elimination, she said: "It's just been phenomenal. I've got so close to everyone the last couple of weeks. I've had the most amazing experience. I wouldn't change it for the world."
"I had Vitali as my dance partner and he pushed me," said Alannah. "I'm proud of us. I went out there every Sunday and gave it my all. It is what it is," she said.
The former Britain's Next Top Model star is now looking forward to the next stage of her career and is hoping to end up on the catwalk of Victoria's Secret.
"Every girl's dream is to walk on that catwalk. I would love to strut my stuff down Victoria's Secret," she told the Herald.
All the celebrities were praised for their performances this week. Despite landing in the bottom two, Erin received the top score of the week for her waltz with Ryan McShane, getting 29 points out of 30.
Jake Carter and partner Karen Byrne opened the show with an energetic jive that received a standing ovation from the audience and was given universal praise from the judges. He came in a close second with 27 points, with his brother Nathan Carter in the audience to show his support.
Deirdre O'Kane danced the charleston with John Nolan, receiving 26 points.
GAA star Anna Geary and Olympic walker Rob Heffernan joined Alannah in receiving 24 points each for their performances.
The remaining five celebrities are now entering the home stretch of the show, with just three weeks remaining before one of them is crowned winner.
