Women of Ireland take note - heartbreaker Mr Big is in town this weekend.

Actor Chris Noth, who played Carrie's on-off love interest in iconic series Sex and the City (SATC) is in Dublin to chat with Ray D'Arcy.

He will take a seat on the couch at RTE headquarters in Montrose to chat about his roles on some of the biggest TV shows in the world. Noth recently played cheating husband Governor Peter Florrick in legal drama The Good Wife.

The show will also see the return of The Ray D'Arcy Show lip sync challenge, which will see Mattress Mick go head-to-head with novelist Cathy Kelly.

Comedian Neil Delamere will also be in the studio, while Gillian and Ronan Treacy will be on the show as they prepare to front this year's Road Safety Authority Christmas campaign.

They lost their four-year-old son Ciaran after a drink-driver crashed into their car in 2014.

The Ray D'Arcy Show is on RTE One at 9.45pm tonight.
