Sentence wait for attack teen

A SECOND teenager, who admitted beating up a man in front of two small children during a daylight robbery in Dublin city centre, has had his sentencing adjourned.

The boy (17) has pleaded guilty at the Dublin Children's Court to assault and robbery of the man on Parnell Street, on April 6 last. Yesterday Judge MacGrath remanded him on bail pending a hearing on March 21 next over another charge. Sentencing of the assault and robbery was adjourned until the same date.

His co-defendant (16) is also due back in court in March.
