New mum Samantha Mumba has opened up about how becoming a parent has changed her life.

The singer (32) gave birth to her first child, daughter Sage, in March and has admitted her life hasn't been the same since.

Speaking to Hello magazine, the Gotta Tell You singer said: "Sage has completely changed my life, I am just so in love with her it's hard to even describe."

The Dublin native, who lives in LA with her husband Torray Scales (inset), hasn't been letting motherhood slow her down.

The mum of one has been working hard to get back her pre-pregnancy figure in time for the summer.

Last month, Samantha shared a picture of her enviably slim bod, saying she hadn't even hit the gym since giving birth.

"Working on getting that snapback in time for summer. One more week til I can workout again #sixpackgoals," she wrote.

Partying for Pride

This year's Dublin Pride festival looks set to start with a flourish, as festivities kick off on Friday June 19 with a launch party at The George.

This will be followed by a week of fun-filled events for every age group, from family sports days and dog shows, to men's choir performances and the perennial-favourite 'Dyke Night' club event.

It's all in the run up to this year's #TheFutureisEqual themed Pride Parade, taking place from 12 noon on June 27.
