A YOUNG Dublin girl, who was reported missing on the same day that Michaela Davis was found dead, has been located safe and well.
Gardai launched a nationwide search for Margaret McDonagh (12), who disappeared on Saturday afternoon.
The alarm was raised when Margaret, known as Maggie to friends and family, failed to return home after leaving a friend at Howth Junction.
The friend said that he had parted company with Margaret at the Dart station because she was to meet an aunt.
But a garda representative has confirmed that Margaret was found yesterday morning.
"Margaret McDonagh has been located safe and well in Dublin," he said.
"Thank you for your assistance in this matter."
