THE residents of Priory Hall who are struggling to pay the mortgages on the homes they have been banned from living in will soon find out if Dublin City Council will have to continue footing the bill for their accommodation.
If the court deems that the council are no longer responsible, the residents will be forced to pay rent on top of their useless mortgages.
"If that happens we will have no choice but to default on our mortgages. We are at the pin of our collar as it is. Paying both is a non-runner," Darren Kelly told the Herald.
