IRELAND must refocus on the rebranding and reorganisation of cities to lure investors, says a new Dublin Chamber of Commerce report on how Dublin ranks against its world competitors.
The report, The World is Not Flat: The Case for City Regions, aims to help the chamber prioritise actions to create more jobs.
Dublin Chamber President Imelda Reynolds said: "The report clearly demonstrates the major contribution of city regions to their national economies.
"For Dublin to compete with its peers, we need to prioritise the "three Ts" -- talent, telecommunications and transport -- these are the areas that require urgent attention by Government."
