Grammy award-winning singer Chris Brown's fate remains in limbo in the Philippines, with officials saying he has yet to apply for the emigration clearance needed to leave the country.
The 26-year-old R&B artist (right) has been stuck in Manila for a third day after running foul of a corporation, run by an influential religious group's members, that filed a fraud complaint against him for a cancelled concert last New Year's Eve.
He performed on Tuesday at a packed concert in the city, but has not applied for the clearance despite repeated notices that he needed to.
