The new Irish Pubs Global Federation begins a two-day gathering in Dublin's Convention Centre today.
The federation provides help to small firms and suppliers in Ireland's hospitality sector.
With 6,500 members, the network also provides a global platform for Irish suppliers to connect with Irish pubs around the world, presenting them with an opportunity to globally export their services, food and drink.
The network, formed only a month ago, was launched by Minister for the Diaspora Jimmy Deenihan with the backing of Enterprise Ireland and An Bord Bia.
It is an extension of the six-year-old Irish Pubs Global which was set up to give Irish pubs worldwide a platform from which to coordinate for their mutual benefit.
