Oil group sells stake

IRISH exploration group Petroceltic has inked a deal to sell off an 18.4pc stake in its leading asset in Algeria to Europe's second largest utility company.

The deal agreed with Enel -- Italy's largest power company and Europe's second largest utility -- is set for a maximum consideration of $183m .

The company's share price surged by more than 12pc.
