North plea for tax cut

THE North's First Minister Peter Robinson, right, has upped the ante in his campaign to get greater tax rights for his Executive.

Speaking in Dublin yesterday, Mr Robinson said that North needed to attract international firms but would have to lower its tax rate in order to do this.
