Mikey will not face charges over row

BOYZONE singer Mikey Graham (below) will not face any charges relating to a row outside his mansion last April in which a student was hurt.

Paul O'Hara (22) sustained serious head injuries and spent six days in intensive care following the incident at the singer's front gate.

The Director of Public Prosecutions received a file from gardai to assess whether charges should be brought forward but decided against the move, it has been revealed.

Mr O'Hara, an engineering graduate, ended up with swelling on the brain and was taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment.

The incident arose following a row over the continuous buzzing of Mr Graham's intercom in the late hours of Friday on April 29.
