McFeely: I won't pay

DEVELOPER Tom McFeely has washed his hands of the Priory Hall problem after going bankrupt.

He first tried to file for bankruptcy in the UK, which would have allowed him to walk away from his debts a lot quicker than here, and, initially, he was successful.

But his UK bankruptcy was then overturned last year when Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne adjudicated McFeely bankrupt in the High Court in Dublin, ruling that his centre of main interest was in the Republic and not in the UK.
