Man released in murder probe

A MAN arrested in connection with a garda investigation into the murder of Michael Devoy last year, has been released.

The man, who is in his mid 20s, was questioned at Tallaght Garda Station, before being released without charge yesterday evening.

Detectives believe Ballymun criminal 'Mad Mickey' Devoy was shot dead as revenge for the attempted murder of gang boss Greg Lynch. Devoy was shot three times before his body was dumped on the side of the road.
