Man (21) admits manslaughter

A THIRD man has admitted killing a 27-year-old Polish man as he walked to work in Dublin, his mother told a murder trial.

Edward Byrne (21) of Cabra Park, Cabra, Dublin, last week pleaded not guilty to murdering Lukasz Rzeszutko on October 4, 2010, but guilty to his manslaughter.

Edward Byrne's plea was accepted by the DPP and he did not go on trial at the Central Criminal Court along with two other men accused of the crime.

The trial continues.
