She's Ireland's top plus-size model and now Louise O'Reilly is set to appear at the Curve Fashion Festival with David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley.

Hayley is a successful plus-size model and actress in the US and is known for her role as Amber in ABC series, Huge.

The biggest plus-size event in the UK will be held in Manchester and super-model and campaigner Tess Holliday and acclaimed model Fluvia Lacerda will also be there.

"The event is on in September and I'm really excited about it. The festival asked fans who they wanted to meet and they picked me, which is incredible," she told the Diary.

"So I'll be doing a meet and greet with fans and so will Hayley and Tess.

"I'm just so chuffed to be asked because it's a huge event," she added.

Louise runs fashion blog Style Me Curvy and has won Best International Blog at the Cosmopolitan Blog Awards two years in a row.

The blog has led to her being featured in Cosmopolitan and she had a style feature in this month's issue.

"I have a three pages in the current issue where I've picked certain items of clothing that can be tricky for curvy girls to wear and styled them," she explained.

"It's great exposure and I'm really happy with it. I had control over the entire shoot, which was really important to me. It was amazing to see it on the shelves," she added.

Louise (26) has also been featured on Vogue Italia and on the cover of Slink magazine.

"Slink is a curvy and plus-size magazine which is sold across the world," she explained.

"Being asked to model for this project was extremely important to me as it deals with lots of different issues within the fashion industry in an indirect way.

"In the shoot I was essentially the Slinkette Doll playing various different characters which all challenged beauty perceptions.

"Each doll is quite different dipping into various issues of feminism and body positivity."

Louise is signed with eight international agencies and is so busy she won't be able to fit in a holiday until October.

"The next few months are going to be really busy!"
