Ian has taught me so much about the business

Along with the Early Breakfast, I'm still doing showbiz on the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show (right). I love it so much - Ian is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and he's taught me a lot.

When I was offered Early Breakfast, there was never a question of not continuing my showbiz slot with Ian, and that was really important to me.

I always reckon that when I'm old and wrinkly, I'll look back and say 'that was the time of my life'.

My first ever interview in showbiz was with Jon Bon Jovi and I hadn't a clue what I was doing.

Thankfully, he was really lovely, and he even let me run my hands through his hair - it was a surreal moment.

The interview I most enjoyed doing was Lily Allen.

It certainly wasn't my best because I'm such a massive Lily fan that I was shaking with nerves, but she was so nice.

I had to go heavy on the editing after we recorded it to cut out all my nervous laughing, but getting to meet her was definitely a highlight for me.
