A woman who won €50,000 on a scratch card has scooped the same prize again, six months later.
The lucky punter from Wexford won the top prize on the All Cash Platinum scratch card in April after buying it at the Kiosk in the Abbey Centre in Enniscorthy.
She returned to the same shop some months later and bagged the €50,000 top prize again on the same type of National Lottery scratch card.
"It's amazing. I really can't believe it," she said as she collected her winnings from lottery headquarters in Dublin.
"I bought a few things for the house with the last win and still have a huge chunk of it left, so this win will allow us to share it out among the family.
"I was in the Kiosk and just thought I'd buy a Platinum to try my luck again and I can't believe it was another winner.
"My husband is claiming he has lucky hands as he scratched both cards, but I told him that it's my feet that are lucky as I was the one who walked to the shop to buy the cards when I was out."
Another woman is also having some repeat lottery luck of her own.
Kathleen Poole, from Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, will appear on the lottery's TV gameshow Winning Streak this Saturday - her second appearance.
She first appeared on the show 29 years ago and won £23,400. This time she's hoping to get the chance to spin the wheel.
Kathleen has been married to John, a farmer, for the past 47 years, and with six children and nine grandchildren she will not be short of supporters on the night.
Meanwhile, time is running out for one EuroMillions punter who has only days left to claim their prize of nearly €45,000.
The National Lottery has appealed to holidaymakers who may have passed through Dublin Airport in July to urgently check their lottery tickets to see if they are the winner of the EuroMillions Match 5 prize worth €44,998.
The winning ticket was bought in WH Smith in Terminal 1 on Tuesday, July 3. The winning numbers were 01, 12, 15, 29, 48 while the lucky stars were 03 and 05.
There is a 90-day period for lottery winners to claim their prizes, and this winner has until Monday, October 1, to collect their cheque.
