Hotel in mint condition

The Culloden Estate and Spa in Co Down has unveiled a new herb garden at the five-star hotel.

To prove that Hastings Hotels are dedicated to using the freshest local produce, they've taken to growing their own in the hotel grounds. The Culloden's chefs pick a range of culinary herbs daily to meet their needs for flavouring and garnishing in the Mitre restaurant, while bar staff use some of the herbs for cocktails in the new Crozier lounge.
