Holly heading for Marbella for a fun-filled girls' holiday

Former Miss Ireland Holly Carpenter is getting ready to fly to Marbella for a single girls' holiday.

The well-known beauty is heading to the millionaire's playground for a five-day trip with fellow model Jayne Higgins and another pal.

She has been keeping herself busy in the wake of her recent split from Ireland rugby star Cian Healy with numerous modelling jobs over the past fortnight.

She's jetting off to the sun next Thursday and the Raheny native was spotted doing some last-minute shopping on Grafton Street, where she was once again seen in the company of Dubliner Mark Newman - the second time in a week that the pair have been seen together - although Holly explained how he was her solicitor.

The model appears intent on enjoying the single life for a while, given that she dated Cian for over two years after meeting him at a protest march.

Apart from confirming the pair had gone their separate ways, she has declined to comment on the surprising end of their relationship.

advice

She had turned to social networking sites this week looking for advice on whether to get a spray tan or not as she reckoned five days wasn't long enough to get a real tan.

The brunette model joked how there was "no chance I'm walking around in my bikini looking like Casper" before admitting she knew it was a "first-world problem".

The Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model star, who's now with Assets agency, has also been doing more TV work lately.

She nabbed a part on comedian Oliver Callan's new Friday night sketch show on RTE.

Holly ditched her usual glamorous ensembles to hang out on a farm and play the funnyman's love interest in a Nathan Carter parody sketch.

She also seems to have replaced the cute pug named Ted that she shared with Healy. The model, who still lives with her parents, recently posted pictures of her new dog, a tiny Jack Russell that she adopted from Dogs Trust.

The in-demand model has also set up her own nutrition and lifestyle website where she reveals all her top tips on staying in shape and eating healthily.
