Hertz pulls Ryanair service
Ryanair customers can no longer book hire-cars through the airline's website after Hertz pulled its tie-in with the airline in a surprise move yesterday.
In hard-hitting comments, Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary said the airline has instructed its lawyers to issue proceedings against Hertz, alleging the move was a breach of contract.
The company is now seeking an alternative car-hire partner, though that could take months.
