Guinness food venture

THE GUINNESS Storehouse has created three new restaurants to encourage tourists to learn more about Irish food at St James's Gate in Dublin.

The new food experience on the fifth floor of the Storehouse was created following a €2m investment which resulted in an entire floor dedicated to Guinness and food.

Local suppliers provide the produce for the menus at "Five" including Ardsallagh goat's cheese, Irish mussels from Carlingford and MD Bakery in Waterford who supply the Waterford Blaas.

The fifth floor also includes an interactive recipe sharing bank that allows visitors to take Guinness recipe cards home and also share their own Guinness-inspired recipes with others.
