RTE star Grainne Seoige and her ex-husband are at the centre of a Circuit Court case as a bank seeks repossession of a home.
The couple shared a luxury home, known as Rocky Valley, in Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow. They separated in 2010 after eight years of marriage and later divorced.
KBC Bank Ireland yesterday initiated repossession proceedings for the plush property.
Divorced
Grainne (41) and Stephen Cullinane (inset) purchased the home for approximately €1m after the two wed in 2002. It's believed that the divorced couple's property is now worth around €650,000.
The case came before the registrar at Bray District Court, where the court heard that papers had only just been lodged and the case was not ready to proceed.
Neither Ms Seoige nor Mr Cullinane, a sports presenter for TV3, was in court.
The case was adjourned until later this year.
KBC has declined to comment on the case. It is understood that the house has been rented out in recent years.
It's reported that Crimecall presenter Seoige rented the house out after separating from her ex-husband and moving to another house in Dublin city centre.
She is now engaged to South African rugby coach Leon Jordaan. The pair met while Grainne was making a Reality Bites programme for RTE in 2011.
She recently dismissed suggestions that she was planning on a move to South Africa to be closer to her fiance partner.
The couple have told friends that they are planning on getting married in South Africa and are expected to tie the knot at some point this year.
Grainne recently said that her other half was embracing everything Irish.
The gaeilgeoir also said that Leon had even been making an effort to speak Irish with her.
"Leon, my fiance, he only has a little bit of Irish," she said.
"Everything he has is in a Connemara accent.
"He speaks with a real Mayo/Galway accent. He's learning Irish and I'm speaking Afrikaan.
"He loves it here, he has an Irish passport now because he's here 10 years now," the presenter added.
Grainne also said that her other half has an appreciation for her Galway heritage.
Kindness
"He understands a west of Ireland girl like me. He understands what makes me tick," she said.
"He gets me. What I love about him is his sense of kindness and fun.
"He also has a strong sense of what's decent and what's fair and what's right. And we're obviously incredibly happy together."
