Fuel stop at airport

ENERGY group Topaz plans to invest €3m in a new flagship Dublin Airport station.

Up to 100 jobs will be created in the construction phase and 20 people will be employed full-time at the station.

The site will serve 19 million passengers who use the airport every year and will feature live departure/arrival information for travellers.

It will also have a cafe, hot food deli, wifi internet access, EV charger, car wash and a pay-at-pump facility.

DAA and Topaz have been working together on the planned revamp of the service station since Topaz was awarded the 15-year contract to operate the facility 14 months ago.
