FFFChristy Moore has been forced to pull out of his Christmas Vicar Street concerts due to illness.

The 69-year-old singer is said to be suffering from a severe lung infection which has led to the cancellation of both shows that were scheduled for tonight and tomorrow evening. The concerts will be rescheduled in the New Year and all tickets will be valid for the new dates.

Last January, the singer rescheduled two concerts at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre due to illness.

FFFIt was another super busy week at Dublin hotspot Lillie's Bordello on Grafton Street.

On Saturday night celebrity fitness gurus Paul and Siobhan Byrne hosted their annual Body Byrne Christmas soiree in the exclusive VIP members bar. Familiar faces included former Miss World Rosanna Davison and husband Wesley Quirke. Singer Brian Kennedy, model Rosalind Lipsett and TV star Elaine Crowley also attended the festive bash.

FFFThe Lighthouse Cinema is Smithfield has been showing a string of the best Christmas films over the past few weeks, but the festive showings end tomorrow with Frozen, Home Alone and It's a Wonderful Life.
