FAYE Dinsmore shows why she's making waves on the international fashion scene ... by baring her face without make-up.
While many Irish models would not dare step out without perfect hair and make-up, Trinity student Faye (24) did not hesitate to post a picture of herself 'au naturel'.
And she looks decidedly fresh-faced-- with her lovely freckles and not a blemish on her porcelain complexion.
"Aha , I actually thought no one would recognise me without make-up!" Faye said after her followers noted that the model on the photo was definitely from Ireland.
Several new fans did mistake her for a Russian beauty, to which Faye humoured: "Guys , it's me! And as you all know, I'm Irish. Doing this thing with RTE at the moment called 'How to be Irish' so I just thought I'd test you!"
Over the past month, Faye has been working on a documentary for RTE which was aired on St Patrick's Day.
The show consisted of a series of clips sent in by viewers talking about, or otherwise illustrating, what being Irish meant to them.
Faye was first spotted in 2008 outside Trinity, where she studied French and Classics. She says she never considered modelling and now feels "very lucky" that she's making a name for herself.
She is with the top IMG agency, which represents Kate Moss, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum.
