Father punishes teen with 'free babysitting' ad

A Texas teenager who broke curfew is headed for a reluctant adventure in babysitting.

Robert Rausch placed an advertisement offering his daughter Kirstin's free babysitting services in the community newspaper in Southlake, Texas.

The advert said: "Want a FREE BABYSITTER for a night out?"

It explained that the 16-year-old was in trouble for missing her curfew and offers 30 hours of free babysitting.

Rausch says he wanted to discipline his daughter and help others at the same time.

And it appears that Kirstin has already learned her lesson.

She says that she won't be violating her curfew again or throwing any more late-night parties.
