Joaquin Guzman, the fugitive Mexican drug lord, appeared last night to be threatening Donald Trump while on the run.
The country's most notorious cartel leader broke out of a maximum-security jail at the weekend through a mile-long tunnel dug under his cell. Supporters of Guzman - known as El Chapo, or "Shorty" vented their ire for Mr Trump, the Republican US presidential hopeful who has accused Mexico of sending rapists and criminals to the US. A post riddled with obscenities on a Twitter account run by El Chapo's son said the billionaire would be made to "swallow his words".
