Dining boost

MICHELIN star restaurant Patrick Guilbaud turned a €184,840 profit within the year.

In a sign that the industry of fine dining is pulling out of recession, Becklock Ltd, the company behind the Patrick Guilbaud restaurant in Dublin's Merrion Hotel, revealed that accumulated profits figure rose from €152,714 at the beginning of the year.

While the company had bank loans of €582,367 at year's end, this figure has decreased. And it was revealed that the majority of the debt, €442,367, was repayable in two to five years or in five years or more.
