Developer's appeal hope

PROPERTY developer Patrick McKillen believes there "is a real prospect" that the Court of Appeal in London will overturn the defeat in the High Court.

Mr McKillen faces legal bills that could reach £20m (€25m) following his High Court defeat in London in his battle to win control of three luxury London hotels.

The case centred on Mr McKillen's bid to win majority control over the Berkeley, the Connaught and Claridge's hotels.
