TWO years after Michael Jackson died deeply in debt, his estate has generated more than $310m (227m).
Executors also disclosed that Jackson's mother, Katherine, is putting the family's fabled Encino compound up for sale to buy a new home for her and the children, Paris, Prince and Michael Joseph Jr, known as Blanket.
The executors filed a detailed account of finances since Jackson's death on June 25, 2009. By the end of last year, the estate had produced more than $310m.
They were able to pay off dozens of creditors as well as Jackson's income taxes.
Carter support for Palestine
FORMER US president Jimmy Carter said he "reluctantly" supported the Palestinians' effort to secure statehood recognition at the UN, despite White House concerns.
The Georgia Democrat told a town hall event in Atlanta that the Palestinians had few other options.
"As an alternative to a deadlock and a stalemate now, we reluctantly support the Palestinian move for recognition," he said.

A WOMAN says she was taken off a plane in handcuffs, strip-searched and interrogated on the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks "simply because" of her appearance.
Shoshana Hebshi (35) said she and two men were escorted off the Denver to Detroit flight plane in handcuffs. Ms Hebshi, a mother from Ohio, who describes herself as half-Arab, half-Jewish, said she did not know the other two men.
The FBI questioned her and released her after finding no reason to suspect her.
Former teacher abducted kids
A SCHOOL board candidate in California has admitted she was once arrested for abducting four girls.
The Daily Republic of Fairfield said Alvina Sheeley (70) pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to four counts of abduction in 1998.
The former teacher, on the ballot for the Fairfield-Suisun board, said she was under "mental duress" when she tried to gain custody of a child in Illinois.
She took four other girls aged eight to 12.
