THE trial of a woman accused of murdering a father-of-two will take place in April of next year.
Rose Lynch (49) was charged last December with the murder of David Darcy, who was shot while sitting in his van at Cherry Orchard Avenue on November 28, 2011.
Mr Darcy, who was a driver for a local butcher and was originally from Ballyfermot, had been about to go to work.
Lynch, of Oakleigh Wood, Dooradoyle, Limerick, is also charged with membership of an illegal organisation styling itself the IRA on November 28.
She also faces a number of other charges including possession of a shotgun and revolver with intent to endanger life, possession of a Walther pistol and eight rounds of ammunition and possession of 25 rounds of 9mm ammunition at the Naas Road, Dublin.
Lynch was yesterday remanded in custody to appear in court again on April 9, 2013 for trial.
