THESE are the two youths who were allegedly found with nearly €70,000 worth of drugs in the car park of a pub.
Adam Hallinan (19) and Keith Carey (18) are facing trial in the Circuit Court after the DPP directed that the charges were too serious for the District Court.
The youths appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with possession of amphetamines and having the drug for sale or supply.
Hallinan, of Supple Park in Dunshaughlin, has also been charged with possession of cannabis, and having the drug for sale or supply.
The alleged incident took place in the car park of the Halfway House, Navan Road, Dublin 7, on September 6.
The youths have also been charged with Section 15A of the Misuse of Drugs Act, which is possession of drugs valued at over €12,000.
The court previously heard that the estimated street value of the drugs is between €60,000 and €70,000.
The State solicitor said the DPP has directed trial on indictment in relation to the charges, and she requested four weeks for the preparation of the book of evidence.
Hallinan and apprentice panel beater Carey, of Curragha, Ashbourne, were remanded on continuing bail to appear before the court again in March.
