Teenager faces robbery trial

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been sent forward for trial after he was accused of threatening to stab four youths during an armed robbery in a park in Dublin.

The teen had been charged with robbing the youths, who were aged 16 and 17, of cash and phones in Artane, on a date in August last year.

He was remanded on continuing bail when he appeared at the Dublin Children's Court where the case was sent forward for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
