Suspect's forgery charge

A DUBLIN man who allegedly forged prescriptions has been given five weeks to consider his plea.

Enda Murray (29) allegedly presented the forged prescriptions at pharmacies in Dun Laoghaire and in Dublin city centre.

A judge at Dun Laoghaire District Court adjourned the matter for five weeks so Murray, of Deansgrange Road, Dun Laoghaire, can go through the allegations with his solicitor.

Defence solicitor Ronnie Lynam said he had only recently received CCTV footage of the alleged incidents.
