A MAN and a teenager accused of burglary at a car auction house have been remanded on continuing bail.
Dean Fagan (21) and Fintan O'Reilly (18) have also been ordered by a judge to stay away from the premises.
Fagan, of Cushlawn Park in Tallaght, and O'Reilly, of Kildare Park in Crumlin, appeared before Blanchards-town District Court charged with burglary.
Knife
The alleged incident took place at Wilsons Car Auctions, Dublin 22 on February 7.
Fagan is also charged with stealing a key, valued at €200, for a Mercedes C200 car and to possession of a knife in the same incident.
Judge Patrick McMahon adjourned the matter for four weeks to a date in April for DPP's directions on the charges. Both men have been ordered to stay away from Wilsons Car Auctions.
