Man faces €80k drugs haul trial

A YOUNG man accused of selling heroin, cocaine and cannabis, as well as growing cannabis plants in his flat, has been sent forward for trial.

Sean Doyle (25) is alleged to have had nearly €80,000 worth of drugs in his apartment.

He is facing trial in the Circuit Court after the matters were deemed too serious for the District Court.

The accused appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with possession of heroin, cocaine, cannabis and cannabis resin.

He is also charged with having the drugs for sale or supply at his flat on North Circular Road, Dublin, on March 28, 2010. He is further charged with cultivating genus cannabis without a licence.

Doyle goes forward to the present sittings of Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on the ten charges in the book of evidence.
