A DRUNKEN man told a garda to "f**k off" and "get your hands off me" after he stopped him in the grounds of a hospital, a court heard.
Dean Hallion (30) was very aggressive towards officers, and made a number of threats towards Garda Robert Hogan.
Judge Bridget Reilly ordered a probation report and adjourned sentencing to a date in January.
The defendant, of Rathmines Avenue in Rathmines, admitted before Dun Laoghaire District Court to public drunkenness and threatening and abusive behaviour.
Gda Hogan was called to a public order disturbance at the Central Park Luas stop when he saw a man running through a field at the back of Leopardstown hospital on August 18 2012.
Gda Hogan said Hallion told him to "f**k off", and also said to him "get your hands off me."
