Clodagh works her culinary magic on Arnotts' menus

CELEBRITY chef Clodagh McKenna has been drafted in to put the sizzle back into shopping.

The cook has been brought in to redesign the menus in the restaurants at Arnotts department store.

Customers at the Dublin store will be able to treat themselves to Clodagh's culinary delights while taking a break from shopping.

The Cork native will launch her taste of home at Aspire and La Brea restaurants in the historic store in Dublin, which is currently undergoing renovations for her arrival.

She explained: "Arnotts is such a landmark store and to be able to launch the 'Homemade by Clodagh' branch to such a wide audience here is a real privilege and a great opportunity.

"We will not alone have complete new looks and names for the restaurants but also, of course, new menus which will be inspired by Irish produce and the homemade philosophy I intend to champion."

Arnotts CEO Nigel Blow, has expressed his delight in welcoming Clodagh on board.

"The combination of the updated look and feel of the restaurants and the new and exciting menus that Clodagh will be offering will significantly enhance the customer experience."
