Citrix seeks up to 50 new staff

CLOUD computing firm Citrix has said it will increase its Dublin workforce by up to 50 employees.

The new roles are in technical support, sales, IT operations and online services covering the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Citrix conducts sales, global IT and a technical support operations in Dublin.

The new jobs are in addition to 50 jobs announced in August 2011.

The company has a workforce of 172.

Barry O'Leary, the chief executive of IDA Ireland, said Citrix is a growth leader in cloud computing services.
