Celebs back jobs plan

CELEBS Martin Sheen, Michael Flatley and Saoirse Ronan have thrown their weight behind a jobs scheme.

A YouTube clip which promotes the employment initiative ConnectIreland aims to create 5,000 jobs in five years in Ireland.

Terry Clune, founder of Connect Ireland, said that the messages of support from Ireland's celebrities show they are concerned for the future of their country and want to help.
