Singer Brian McFadden and Xpose's Karen Koster have been lined up to co-host this year's Christmas Toy Show on TV3.
The duo will be replacing Ireland AM's Alan Hughes who fronted the show last year.
Brian (34) said he was delighted to be presenting a show in Ireland for the first time.
"This is a really exciting opportunity for me," he said.
"I've worked on a lot of great shows in the UK but it's great to come home and host a show that I know will be a great production."
Karen (34), who is currently expecting her first child with her husband John McGuire, said the presenting slot had particular significance this year.
"I am over the moon to be part of the Christmas Toy Show in what is a really special year for me," she said.
"I am actually due to have the baby around Christmas Day so this Christmas is extra special. And what better way to get all Christmassy than by hosting what is essentially 90 minutes of acting like you are eight years old all over again."
Meanwhile, Alan Hughes recently told the Herald that he was hurt that he had not been offered the role again this year.
"Of course it's disappointing and it's hurtful, especially as last year's show was so successful," he said.
Last year, Alan fronted a 30-minute toy show from Tattersalls Winter Wonderland which aired an hour and a half before the 2013 Late Late Toy Show.
The programme was a huge success with more than 350,000 people tuning in.
"The show was so successful last year, even the repeat had over 400,000 viewers and it was the biggest home-produced show last year," Alan said.
However, it is believed that the new sponsor wanted a fresh face for the show and insiders have revealed that they splashed the cash to get Brian on board in the hope that he'll bring in bigger viewing figures.
TV3's Toy Show will air at the more child-friendly hour of 8pm on November 21 - live from the Christmas Toy Show at the RDS.
With the earlier time TV3 are hoping to gain viewers on Ryan Tubridy's Late Late Toy Show, which will air on November 28.
