Bohs ordered to pay €8,700 owed

The former bar manager at the deeply indebted Bohemian Football Club has been granted a judgment of €8,700 and costs in the Circuit Civil Court against the club.

Barrister John Smith said Alan Brady, of Carnlough Road, Cabra, Dublin, had been awarded €8,700 compensation by the Employment Appeals Tribunal for unfair dismissal and the money had never been paid.

Judge Jacqueline Linnane enforced the Tribunal's decision and granted judgment to Mr Brady against the club.
