Anglo case adjourned

ANGLO Irish Bank's action, against its former chief executive David Drumm over €8m in unpaid loans, has been taken out of the Commercial Court list.

Anglo is looking to recoup €8m from Mr Drumm but he is counter-claiming for €2.6m in salary, pension and deferred bonus payments and damages, including for "mental distress".

Mr Justice Peter Kelly at the Commercial Court said he was adjourning the case generally.
