A DUBLIN man accused of stealing a cash register during the course of a robbery is facing trial.
Daryl Mooney (29) has been ordered to stay away from any witnesses for the duration of the case.
Judge David McHugh adjourned the matter to January for the book of evidence.
The accused, with addresses at Virginia Drive in Finglas and Whitestown Park in Blanchardstown, appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with robbery at Whitestown Stores, Whitestown Avenue in Blanchardstown, on October 7.
It is alleged Mr Mooney stole a cash register, worth €200, during the robbery.
A state solicitor said the DPP has directed trial on indictment in the Circuit Court on the charges.
